WHAT DO YOU NOT DRAW?

- Gore (mild blood and wounds are acceptable)

- NSFW/R18

- Sensitive/Offensive topics (hate, political propaganda, racism, slavery, rape etc.)

- Certain art styles (E.G. Hyperrealism, Caricature)

WHAT INFORMATION IS NEEDED?

Below is a template of information that may be required to determine the best commission option. Please note that this is merely an optional guide; extra/different information may be necessary.

WHAT IS THE COMMISSION PROCESS (DIGITAL ART)?

1. Details are discussed.

2. Upfront/initial payment is requested and completed.

3. Initial sketch(es) will be sent for confirmation. Any major changes must be requested at this stage.

4. Throughout the commission period, watermarked progress images will be sent at Levira2019's discretion or can be requested by the Client.

5. Final confirmation and checks will be made with the Client. Any remaining minor changes must be requested at this stage.

6. *Where applicable:

All outstanding payments must be paid.

7. Final artwork will be sent via email/Google Drive link.

WHAT IS THE COMMISSION PROCESS (MERCHANDISE)?

The merchandising process will take place after the Digital Art Commission process is completed in its entirety.

1. Details are discussed.

2. Levira2019 will contact any relevant suppliers for merchandise quotations.

3. Upfront payment for manufacturing is requested and completed.

4. Merchandise is created and shipped to Levira2019.

5. Final confirmation and checks will be made with the Client. Any changes may incur additional costs and must be paid.

6. Upfront payment for shipping is requested and completed.

7. Shipment will be sent with a tracking number.

WHERE CAN I USE THE WIPs AND/OR FINAL ARTWORK?

You are allowed to send/show WIP image(s) to friends and family. You are not allowed to share WIP image(s) publicly.

You are allowed to use the final, watermarked, artwork for non-commercial purposes with the proper credits (i.e. social media post, profile picture, social media banner). You are allowed to send/show the artwork to friends and family. You are not allowed to use the artwork for any commercial, NFT or AI-related reasons.

WILL I GET AN UNWATERMARKED VERSION OF THE ARTWORK?

The unwatermarked version of the final artwork will not be provided.

CAN I EDIT THE ARTWORK/HAVE SOMEONE ELSE EDIT THE ARTWORK?

Limited modifications done by the Client may be allowed with proper permissions from Levira2019. Please contact Levira2019 first.

Modifications done by any 3rd party is not allowed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Timing will depend on the type of commission!

The average time can range between 2 weeks or less to 2 months or more.

*Timeframe is an estimate based on experience and is subject to change.

*Timeframe does not include communication time between Levira2019 and the Client.

PAYMENT

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment is accepted via Paypal invoice only.

WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?

All commissions are priced and charged in USD$ regardless of commission/commissioner location and payment method.

DO YOU CHARGE ANY EXTRA FEES?

PayPal processing fees will be charged on top of the final total of the commission.

Please refer to the 'Payment & Fees' section in my T&C for information on how the fee is calculated.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Every commission is different! All costs will be calculated for each individual commission.

DO YOU CHARGE COMMERCIAL FEES?

Any and all commissions intended for commercial use will be charged a commercial fee depending on the type of usage and frequency of usage.

WILL IT COST EXTRA TO RUSH MY COMMISSION?

Expedited commissions are subject to availability. A rush fee will be charged depending on the type of commission and the timeframe proposed by the Client.

ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?

Payment plans are available for orders at a minimum of USD$250.00

Payment plans are available for both upfront payments and stage-based payments.

Payment plans will be discussed/have to be requested before the initial invoice is sent.

*Paypal fees will be calculated individually for each payment.

CAN I REQUEST CHANGES, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS?

Refunds are not available for upfront payment and initial payment.

Certain changes can only be made during certain stages of the commission process.

MERCHANDISE

WHAT ARE THE MERCHANDISE OPTIONS?

Please refer to my 'Merch Service' page for a visual list of the merchandise options available.

Further variety including types of keychains/charms and style of standees etc. can be discussed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Timing will depend on the type of merchandise!

Books, Prints - 2 weeks

Keychains, Standees, Pillows - 3 weeks

Plush - 2 months

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes!

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS?

Shipment will be made via Pos Malaysia.

Flexipack - small orders

Air Parcel - large orders

WILL THERE BE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking Number(s) will be available as an additional add-on upon request. Any extra costs will be incurred by the final invoice.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping fees from Levira2019 to the Client will depend on multiple factors:

- Parcel size

- Parcel weight

- Country of recipient

A quotation will be provided during the discussion stage.

CAN THE MERCHANDISE BE SHIPPED TO ME DIRECTLY?

In order to ensure quality assurance and ease of communication, direct shipping from the supplier to the client is not available.

IS THERE MOQ?

MOQ - Minimum Order Quantity

MOQ will be required for certain merchandise.

CAN I ORDER IN BULK?

The Client is limited to not more than 10 - 20pc of merchandise for each design depending on merchandise type.

Special consideration may be provided on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Levira2019 for details.

CAN I CONTACT YOUR SUPPLIER DIRECTLY?

In order to retain trade secrets and ensure quality assurance and ease of communication, the Client is not allowed to contact the supplier directly.

CAN I USE MY OWN SUPPLIER WITH YOUR ART?

The Client is limited to non-commercial (i.e. personal use, gifts) productions of any physical merchandise using the commissioned design (i.e. third-party manufacturers outside the commission agreement, the Client's own production means etc.)

CAN I SELL THE MERCHANDISE?

Any and all physical merchandise created within the commission agreement is not eligible for commercial purposes.

Gifts and personal use are allowed.
